We have had multiple conversations with you regarding this. You have called and emailed many of the employees at Recruit and Field, and went as far as personally looking up employees. You did not participate in this research, you did not fulfill your commitment therefore you are not compensated.
You refused to take calls from our team to go over and rectify this situation AND you were compensated $200 for the pre-work for an interview YOU had cancelled. So we went above and beyond for you.
Please understand if you do NOT participate and fulfill your commitment for Market Research study, you will not be compensated.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:their response references a different study about personal care products. That is not what this complaint is in regards to. This complaint is in regards to pain care management. ******************** I did show up even early and they no showed. They didnt even cancel like a business should therefore they were at fault not me. I am owed $100 for their no show. We had communicated that morning via text about the personal care study but not once was it mentioned that the pain care management study that morning was cancelled. I have the proof.

This is unacceptable behavior and is harassment.

Not the $100 pain management study!!! And no if a company no shows and doesnt contact the participant to notify them then thats unheard of and completely wrong and unacceptable and no company does that.******* *******

I took part in a market research on the topic of Business tools.The interview offered $300 and it lasted for an hour. It went well and I answered all the questions that the host asked me. We apologize for any confusion. Your interview was scheduled based on your qualifications as the Owner of Sweet Es Bake Shop, and we were excited to include you. However, the interview was conducted by someone who was not *********************** per Sweet E's Bake Shop website.
Our research study has specific qualifications, and compensation is only provided to verified participants. We found a news interview with ***********************, which confirmed discrepancies with the interview footage. How would I have knowledge of the operation of the business if Im not the owner of it? Ultimately , why the researcher interviewed me if they thought that I wasnt the person and terminated it right away ? I completed it in its entirety and now Im being told that Im not the person and wouldnt be paid? It seems like Recruit and Field is using information for free but Ill be sharing publicly all the ideas presented to me if Im not going to be paid.

We have spoken with *********************** and ******************************* the *** of Sweet E's bakeshop and have confirmed you are not *********************** and the real *********************** did not participate in this interview. As stated in our materials including the survey you answered, you will not be compensated if you are found to be fraudulent in any manner. We have it in writing from ***********************, the owner of Sweet E's Bake Shop that she did not participate and therefore we will not be paying you. Any information provided by you has been discarded and is unusable in our research.

I was contacted about a research study about cellular providers (will not go into too much detail to respect the businesses studies) this was for $300. I answered questions, got confirmed that study date and thought all was well. Few days pass and I'm asked to provide proof of my work etc, so I provide that even though it wasn't asked to begin with. Next day I'm told my study is canceled. With Thanksgiving being tomorrow and I had requested that interview day off I'd be out $200. What I would like is to be compensated that $200 as I felt like my time was wasted. I'm not asking for full compensation, just the time spent and loss minus what the 45 minute interview would be. I did research study for a company called Recruit and Field on 07/20/2022 on the topic f HR. The study was to pay $300. After about 8 days I reached out the project coordinator to ask about payment she told me that they would send out an email about PayPal information. I then informed her I don't and won't do PayPal and was told this incentive was going to be a check.. The ** told they would make an acception this time because the company paid Neway I waiting 2 weeks and then emailed her again. She then put her manager in contact with me and was told the lady who does payments was out but she was back and the check would go out on Tuesday 16th. I reached today and was emailed that their company was having some issues with paying. And now it she said she hoped ai would get paid sooner rather than later. Whatever that implies. I even offered to do a PayPal payment. And she still would not give me any insight she just they were working on it. It has been a month and I feel they are just avoiding me and give BS answers .
