    wish I had read all these before I used this company. They were fine except for the annual fees etc, but they did give me a very low processing rate. The trouble has been since I have tried to cancel them - with them trying to renew my contract after I had sent them the notice to cancel but they give a wrong email address to send this to, so they never then received it. Now they are charging me for the credit card swiper even though this was returned within the 15 days. After threatening legal action, they did accept my cancelation notice and they have now stated they will refund the fee imposed this week. I just do not understand why these companies have to have such predatory practices in order to stay in business. It is so unnecessary, and it is why so many Americans are fed up with the corporatocracy in this country!!

    Big scammer. Please do not hire them. They are thief. They will take money away from your account0. I am a member of physician community ******** group , found horrible review. Please do not hire them for your medical office. ********* ********* and ******* ******* are Lier. US Pay Merchant Services is an absolute nightmare to work with. Their customer service is nonexistent, their fees are outrageous, and their technology is stuck in the Stone Age.Firstly, let's talk about their customer serviceor lack thereof. Whenever you have an issue, good luck trying to reach someone who can actually help. You're more likely to get stuck in an endless loop of automated messages and long hold times than to get a resolution.Secondly, their fees are absolutely criminal. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. Want to withdraw your funds? Pay a fee. Want to change your account information? Pay a fee. It's like they're trying to squeeze every last ***** out of you, regardless of how much you're already paying them.And don't even get me started on their outdated technology. Their payment processing system feels like it was built in the '90s and hasn't been updated since. It's slow, clunky, and prone to errors. In this day and age, there's no excuse for such archaic *************** yourself the headache and steer clear of US Pay Merchant Services. There are plenty of other merchant service providers out there that actually value their customers and provide modern, reliable service. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

    SCAM!!!DO NOT sign up or even hear what they have to offer regarding credit card processing for your business. You will be entertained with what seems to be a reasonable deal that includes a month to month contract with no hidden fees only to be charged hidden fees and not being to track and directly see what was taken out. **************** is no help and not helpful. Also if you try to get out of the contract that was proposed for month to month (really 3 years) you will be charged $495 for multiple accounts that they did not disclose with you. They are the epitome of scammers. BE WARNED!!!!

    This is ************** from ************************. I signed up for USPAAY merchant service on 2/1/24. I was approached by ********* and ******. I was lied by both of these person. Please do not sign up. ultimate cost is 4%. I warn all my fellow physicians and practices about this **************** They are not honest. They have unethical business practice. I am terminating services effective 3/8/24.

    Scammers and fraudsters. They signed me up for more services than I requested and then had hidden fees to try to terminate the agreement.

    Absolutely horrible service! I have been a customer since 2018 and haven't used the processor in over 2 years. I called to cancel and they are charging me the $495 because my contract auto- renewed 2 months ago. Then they send me an e-mail telling me that they value me as a long time customer and would like to earn my business back. I am in the customer service business too and I can assure you that is is no way to earn anyone's business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In addition, their fees are very high and they change you a high authorization fee and surcharges.

    Our company signed a contract in 2021. Their contract contains microscopic terms that they don't discuss such as $495 early termination fees. They subcontract with another company for electronic check scanning services. It took three times for their notice team to identify the proper check scanners that was compatible with our existing electronic system and each time the cost of the equipment was nearly double the last. Had they properly identified the check scanning equipment at bid time; their bid would not have been selected. Additionally, when I complained that we couldn't electronically scan and deposit checks, their response was ''just take the checks to the bank''. I can only conclude that they have team members that have no idea why companies see value in electronically scanning and depositing checks. I attempted to terminate the services a few weeks before the anniversary date. Their representative made an appointment to call me but she didn't nor did she respond to my follow up emails and voice messages. The anniversary date came and went. Then one of our Owners called and they told him they'd send him the paperwork to for termination. Eight weeks later and no paperwork has shown up nor have they responded to our subsequent emails. If you have another choice, don't use this company.
