  My husband and I are just sick at the loss of our coin collection! We were talking with Austin Coins about selling our collection valued at approximately $150,000. Austin Coin sent us ***** boxes so we could send in the collection for appraisal. My husband asked 'How do I know we can trust you?'. Mr ****** reply was 'we don't do business that way'. We simply wanted to sell it for a cash payment. They said they would need 45 days to sell the collection. They wanted to give us 1991 silver dollar coins in payment. We called around to other coin dealers and asked about the value of these coins and were told by three other coin dealers that these 1991 coins were certainly not worth very much. We told Mr **** that were only interested in cash or the equivalent in gold. When we opened the appraisal email, we found a notation saying 'begin signing'. We weren't about to sign anything per our conversations with Mr ***** We signed nothing! A few days later a signed contract appeared on our computer!!! We are out our coin collection and our money. Is there someone who can help us?

  On March 14 2024, I agreed to purchase 100 American Silver Eagles for $3270. I paid with a personal check made out to New York Federal Gold supposable their parent company. I was told the coins would ship in about 2 weeks. They did not ship as promised and for the next 3 to 4 weeks I was told they would ship in the next 2 to 3 days or at the end of the week. I then assumed they did not have the coins and ask for a refund of my payment. Again, for the4-6 weeks, I was told that the refund check would be mailed in 2-3 days over and over again. I was never allowed to speak to the person in charge and he would never call me back. After 3 months of calling and being lied to every time, it looks like they don't intend to ship me the coins or issue me a refund. I have been ripped off or scammed

  Wired these people ****** for the purchase of silver eagle coins. I never received the coins. After several weeks and several calls the rep i was dealing with said he was going to initiate a refund. After two plus weeks of no refund I contacted him and have been unable to reach him. Called the main office and the receptionist assured me she would get another associate to initiate the refund. Waited several more days with no refund. Now I do not get anything but answering machines on any number I try to call. It now seems that these people may be under indictment on racketeering charges. I suspect my money is long gone. Would love to be proved wrong.

  Got an unsolicited call from Austin Coins(caller ID). The guy who called said he was from Austin Coins and asked how I was. I didnt know him or his company but he was extremely rude for no reason and hung up. I was about to tell him to never call here again. If this is a legitimate business you wont be for long with employees like him.

  They will not stop with the cold calls. They call my family who have nothing to do with them, never purchased anything from them, torture them. These are the worst of the worst *******. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

  I would agree with those who have given one or no stars to Austin Coins. I spent $22,000 with them and the junk they sold me has been appraised at about 15% of the value they claim. At the same time they scoff at the small amount of money I have invested, and yet will not refund the money or exchange the $22,000 that I sent them for high intrinsic value coinage like Maple Leafs, which is what I thought I was purchasing. I did not know the nature of what they had sold me until I insisted on seeing the invoice, which was given to me a full 2 weeks after the transaction. I refused delivery on what they had sold me and those coins remain in their vault. I will never accept delivery on them because then returning them would be more of a nightmare. This is a despicable organization.

  You pay the money and dont get the coins! First round took over 6 months and I got hosed by 20 grand that giving them a 30% ******** I connected with the salesman first time, he got cut out of the first deal by some fat fast talker that fortunately got his karma from what I hear. So I tried to give the hard working kid a second chance its 4 months now NO COINS tried to convert to aN *** which they probably cant legally do anyway. They insult me with my 30k investment, whats worse is they cant even deliver on a 30k investment so whos the small timers and the cheaters. Between the first and second purchase/not delivered lyod is no longer a part of the company, makes me wonder. I guess Ill have to take legal action against a TOTALLY DISHONEST company that only wants to scam and not deliver.Anyone working for this company should really take a look inward. Better yet are you getting paid on time I suspect probably not, but you can be sure the owner is

  I had a 90-day sell agreement verbally recorded by MT for $14K. I never received a written sell agreement,only a false and fraudulent trade agreement which I rejected. It is long past the 90 day period and I have not received my money. There has been no response to any of my many messages to Austin Coins. When will I get my money? Is this theft or Fraud or both? ************

  They tried to sell me coins by using a widow that husband had pass and she had 50 rolls of ****** silver dollars and down to 10 rolls left but I could only have 3 rolls and telling me they could grade up to MS 64 and guaranteed me that I could double my money or they would give me my money back in 7 days.. in less than 4 hours two people called me giving me the same story and they called me relentlessly from eight different numbers from ********* ******** and ******** because I hung up on them ,then the owner call to apologize and saying that his staff should not be doing this type of tactic and he was willing to knock off another $100 and throw in a silver dollar free if we could make a deal.. and most importantly they were asking $1,600 roll and the coins are more likely worth $1,100 roll so they were trying to get an extra four or $500 a roll then what they're worth..
