    Absolutely the worst management company. Fails to return calls, emails. Dragged their feet for 3.5 months after we had a cash buyer go to contract to get to closing. Their behavior is borderline spiteful in every interaction. Buy a co-op anywhere Einsidler isn't.

    STAY AWAY from this management company and their properties!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PROPERTY especially *** ***** *****... property manager shady ****** is corrupt! president of the board is not far from the shady tree.....they try to stick you with alll the repairs that that old building needs.. money hungry.... always watching you kind of environment. the whole things need to be investigated... throw the president of the board joker *** and manipulative property manager shady ****** away!!!!! please do your homework when it comes to this property. high maintenance fees. ridiculous rules .....they came into my apartment to check to see where a leak was coming from and the next thing i know i was left with a hole in my wall (see attachment) ..... they fixed a universal pipe in the wall in my bathroom and i was left to fix the damage that they caused.... shady *** was yelling at me saying ' this is on you to fixed: you need to fix your bathroom that we messed up' lol ....... forget calling the office to speak to upper management what a joke they will never call you back..... i have so much more to say but would rather keep that for another day! they seem to accept single woman ( with kids) so they can manipulate you. Don't let them get away with anything; Keep a lawyer on deck. Today im free.. free from all of the headaches
