I placed an order on 11/26, approved the proof 1-2 days later and got an email that my custom printed envelopes (for my baby shower) would be sent 12/5. Seeing the horrible ratings and reviews of people either never getting their mail or getting it and its incorrect is frustrating. I am contacted this company via live feed and email and it still says processing and nobody can tell me when it will be shipped. I would like to be refunded for my orderBusiness Response

On May 10, 2023, I placed an online order from Envelopes.com. Because I needed it by a certain date, I paid the additional shipping fee to have it delivered 2 days. Ive contacted Envelopes.com by phone several times. Each time my experience was negative, and each time I ask to speak with a Manager, I was denied. I was told that it was Federal Express fault because they didnt deliver it on time. I contacted and filed a complaint with Federal Express and it was denied because: According to our records, the shipper must file all claims as per our contract agreement with them. Please contact the shipper for further information. I want my money they refunded for the additional shipping cost that I paid. Envelopes.com should reimburse me as the shipping option was on their website not ******Initial Complaint

My daughter ordered return envelopes with addresses printed on them for her wedding. The return envelopes arrived printed upside down (with the envelope flap at the bottom). We contacted the vendor immediately and they said they would rush ship a reprint. The reprint never arrived. After several more email and phone attempts to rectify, I was told that they had no record of the incident and their policy is not to issue refunds.Their customer service is very pleasant but ineffective. I placed an order for envelopes for envelopes to be custom printed on 2/6/23. I was sent a proof on 2/7/23, and accepted it. I received an automated message saying my order had entered production and that I would receive my product on 2/13/23. I received the item in 2/12/23 however the order was incorrect and the envelopes were blank. I called customer service the next day and the customer service rep could not give me any clear answers. I was told that they would need to reprint, and would give me a call back with an estimated eta. I have been calling back both the print shop and customer service every day since and they will not give me an answer on where my envelopes are. I have told them I need it rushed because it is for my wedding. I have spoken to 4 people and nobody is able to give me a tracking number. I have asked to speak to managers yet they are always on lunch break. I have asked for a refund and they claim they cannot refund me because it is a custom order. This makes no sense if nothing has been printed yet. This company has many of the same complains from other customers all over *********Initial Complaint

When I placed my order, envelopes.com said it was in stock and would arrive within eight business days with standard shipping. I was notified after purchase that the items were not in stock and would not arrive until next month. I tried emailing [email protected], chatting via their website, and calling ************** to cancel my order, order number ************, but the phone is disconnected, the chat resets before you can get to the front of the line, and I received no response from customer service via email.Initial Complaint
