    I provided the Albany Diocesan Cemeteries with $2300.00 for the inurnment of my brother.
    Aside from their lack of communication, lack of sympathy, disorganization, and unprofessionalism, they placed my brother's grave marker before confirming which side of a double plot my family owns that he was to be placed on. Please see attached (with a note) the paperwork they had when the marker was placed. You will then find my completed and notarized paperwork attached, which was given to them after they placed his marker. They would not provide me with documentation regarding the grave marker placement.
    Also, they were provided with my brother's urn vault dimensions well in advance via email (please see attached) and the completed form, yet the day of his burial, August 16th, 2024, the hole was not dug big enough and my family and I were unable to see his remains placed in the ground. Please see an email attached from my appointed "family advisor" explaining how the burial would go.
    I am not familiar with these processes, but it would have been nice if my appointed family advisor would have sent someone in her place yesterday. It was just my family and a groundsman at the cemetery for the burial. So, we were charged $1550 for a too small hole to be dug, a small table to be set up, and NOT to be able to see the burial. This, on top of their $750 "share a grave fee".
    Their inflated prices compared to other cemeteries in the area is not my dispute, but I did expect services rendered, professionalism, organization, communication, and maybe just a hint of sympathy based on the business they are in.
    My email to their director and director of sales have gone unanswered.
