      I was a customer of Kasselman until this past summer.
      I originally had them install a ~10kw system on my roof about 5 years ago. I subsequently installed an expansion to double the size of the system, and then finished with a whole home battery backup. The trouble started right away with the backup. Kasselman installed a partial home backup and tried to claim it is a whole home backup. My home has close to 60 breakers, and the installer wanted my to pick 6 of them to put on the backup, hardly what I or any sane person would call "whole home". After several attempts to PAY Kasselaman to come back and fix their work, they simply ghosted me so I paid a third party licensed electrician to make the needed changes.
      This past summer, one of the solar inverters destroyed itself, leaving me without power in my home. I contacted Kasselman and they wanted me to wait the weekend before they would deal with it. I ended up flipping breakers myself until I could at least get power back to me home.
      In the end, Kasselman refused to perform any of the work, under warranty or otherwise, and simply told me to go away. I am now left with two separate solar systems, and a battery backup that no one else will touch. Every place I have contacted about fixing the work has refused to talk to me after finding out that Kasselman did the original installation.
      I have since been able to get the original manufacturers to replace the equipment under their warranty programs, and I was able to get my system working again by becoming a certified installer for the equipment manufacturers.
      The final piece that should be noted is that according to the National Electrical Code, the system should have been installed with an exterior emergency cutoff switch, which Kasselman never installed, so the installation they performed never met the required codes in the first place.
      TL;DR Kasselmans work seems to be fine and dandy until anything goes wrong. Then they abandon you.
