    We used this company for bathroom remodeling. The contractor/owner was almost never on site. The foreman was seldom on site. The crew changed regularly and seemed never to communicate with one another.
    We utilized them during the pandemic and though we requested that they be masked in our house, some refused while others kept removing their masks.
    The crew also communicated poorly with us. Fixtures were placed without discussing where we wanted them. Fixtures that were removed for renovation with the idea that they would be returned at the end were thrown away.
    One of our children was asked where she wanted a door hook mounted without being told where she chose would puncture the dry wall. When we complained we were told that we should have known we needed a doorstop (another piece thrown away) but we hadn’t asked for one. We were told they could get a doorstop and they could fix the wall but we would have to pay extra.
    They charged us extra for items we had been led to believe were included in the price. They also completed some of the work shoddily and left before we had a chance to look at it, then argued about the quality of it.
    The tile in the powder room was laid out so poorly that we had to hire someone else to fix it. We discovered during the repair that some of the tile was badly broken but used anyway, and that they broke the door threshold and hid it from us by screwing it in loosely so it wouldn’t be obvious.
    Every time we tried to talk to the contractor we had trouble reaching him or were told he did what we asked and he didn’t need to do anything else.
