The studio closed unexpectedly on 29-Jan after having a number of staff issues for more than half of the month of January during which there was no availability of class or opportunity for paying members to use the facility and attend the fitness program that was paid for on a monthly basis. Class were cancelled and studio was unavailable on ( Jan 4th - Jan 10th, January 14th - January 22nd, and studio was officially shut down on January 29th). The owner initially communicated that any members that would like a partial refund for the month should contact them. I have attempted to contact them via text on the same number that the closure and offer was communicated and have not received any response or attempt to have any monies returned. After visiting the location it is clearly obvious that the location is shutting down and that it is highly unlikely that it will reopen leaving myself and other members on the hook for our January dues for a service that was not provided for the majority of the month due to the staff issues and now the owners have disappeared and are not responding or able to be contacted for further information.
