    *********************** who is the owner of World Class sewer and drain cleaning had arranged to install a dreamline shower pan at my house on Saturday. He said he was going to be working with one of his guys. His worker showed up, started the job and **** never showed up. He installed it incorrectly and the shower pan had to be removed. The installation manual was never opened and it specifically stated that the shower pan had to be installed with mortar. **** and I communicated about using mortar several times before but instead the worker used foam to install the shower pan. The shower pan began to squeak and it was not functional because it was going to crack. I was supposed to have tile put in the shower the next day and had to cancel the job. I have had to take days off of work to deal with this situation. I have attached the demand letter that I will be sending ****. I plan on taking this issue to small claims court if he does not provide me with a refund for the shower pan installation. In the attached documents I have pictures of all communication between **** and I as well as the instruction manual for the shower pan and pictures.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. 

    On Thursday evening at 7pm the plumbers came to my house to give me the money that I wanted refunded but were yelling, cursing and being extremely disrespectful. The police had to be called and a report was written up. The plumber was threatening and repeated several times that there was no proof he was there and didn't have to give me the money. It was a nightmare. Although I got the money back I want to make sure that my complaint stays on record.
