    We hired The Grout Medic on 2/1/22 to clean, paint and seal our grout. We paid the company $1550 to complete the job. The tech did not properly clean the grout first. He then painted outside of the grout lines and left a haze all over our floor. We reached out to *****, our POC. He sent ************ again who then used a different color on the grout, painted outside of the grout lines even more and left trash in our house. We asked ***** to send a different tech to fix the issues. He agreed, but no one ever showed up and ***** stopped responding.
