      We hired this company to fix our driveway, stairs, retaining wall, and a sidewalk. The owner, Clark Lisito kept pushing off the work until they had the funds to purchase the supplies. They finally started the work in December of 2017. They gave a 25-year warranty on their work. They did not complete the driveway as expected (did not dig it out enough, not enough stone). The sidewalk, which is concrete was poured on December 9, and did not cure correctly. Within a year, the driveway had ruts in it and the sidewalk has holes all over it, the stairs are crumbling to pieces, and they never came back to seal the driveway after a year. We contacted the owner multiple times to inform him of the issues, he would say he would be by to look at the issues next week, or when the weather breaks. We had left messages on multiple occasions and never received a call or visit. We paid for the repairs through **** ************, so we tried to contact them about the issues, and they said they were not responsible for any of the issues and gave us no help. We tried to hire an attorney to help with the problems but that has been unsuccessful as well. My husband and myself are both disabled and cannot afford to pay for the repairs for the work that they guaranteed. We have been very patient and did not want to go about it this way, but at this point, I feel we have no other options. I would like to have a complaint filed so that this company cannot do this to any other person. They were paid almost $12,000.00 for a job that is not correct and falling apart. We would have to pay almost double that amount, if not more, now to correct the work that they did. I am not sure what you can do to help, other than filing this complaint, but anything is better than what we have. Thank you.
