    My kitchen product started on 06/13/22. I was told by **** that it would be him and a man by the name of ***, who **** praised, would be working on my job. The cabinets were being delivered on 06/20/22. **** told me that a week was plenty of time for the kitchen to be ready, including me painting, for the cabinets when they arrived on 06/20/22. Not only did *** not show up for the first 3 weeks of the job but **** had to bring in his father to help demo the kitchen> The demo was not done until 06/27/22 which backed ** me getting the countertop company in to measure because everything has to be installed before they come. I found out the reason *** was not there the first 3 weeks was because another job's permits came in early and "I was only a kitchen and the other job took precedent". That is what I was told. There were many days that I was told they would be coming and no one showed ** with in so much as a phone call. The kitchen was finally finished 08/22/22. **** only had to come back to finish the bathroom ceiling which needed re-taping, spackling, and sanding, which was part of the job. In the coming days, I discovered that 2 of the new GFI outlets did not work. I contacted **** immediately and he said that he would be back on 08/28/22. He did not show up. I got a hold of him again and again he said he would be at my house on 09/03/22. Again, he did not show up and no phone call and he has been ignoring my call ever since. All along, numerous things had to be re-done which tells me that he is not good at his job. Many things had to be re-taped, re-spackled, and re-sanded. This is not a professional in any sense of the word.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Handy Warrior Contracting regarding complaint ID ********. I now have to pay someone else approx $1,000 to fix and finish what Handy Warrior do not do right. I would not want them back in my house.
