    My shipment was delivered on Jan 16th and the Tires are bad I called them on a Sunday he 26th to to them know the tires are Bad- out of round. I asked for a full Refund per their policy of 7 days for a defective part. Deliver at 3 PM Jan, 16, 2024. These are wheels and Tires-- KJ motorsports do realize that these tires need mounted and then driven. This is not a toy you get in the mail and see it is broken. KJ is blaming ******* tires-- But has a return policy-- That they claim does not apply. It absolutely ridicules and is is Bad Faith to attempt to not honor their posted Rules For wheels and tires that need mounted and driven. This is a company acting in bad faith at this Time- they took my Money, and they owe me my Money. Further more when I spoke to them on the Phone i bought up the Fact ---They stated it will take 3-5 days to get a response from *******. I told my Wife this sound like a common response from KJ motorsports ------ Lets tell the customer 3 -5 and then we can tell the customer --To Bad so Sad you missed the 7 days.

    Bad Faith, Unfair dealings. You can see this by the way they handle this issue. Simply put the product is bad refund is owed.

    I do apologize you are having issues with the tires in
    the wheel and tire package you purchased from us. The tires you purchased are
    not for highway use. If you are riding these tires on the road/hard-packed
    surfaces especially when the tires are mounted on the type of wheels (beadlock)
    you have, you will typically feel a vibration. A lot of times customers will
    take them to have them balanced and it takes the issue away. We suggested
    this to you, however, you had no interest in doing that.Our return policy states you must contact us within 7 days
    of delivery if the product has damage or has a defect. The product was
    delivered to you on 1/16/25. You did not contact us about the issue until
    1/26/25, 10 days after delivery. With that being said, we still wanted to help
    you so we requested you send us photos and videos showing the issue. We
    explained to you once we received the photos and videos, we provided them to
    the manufacturer to review for warranty. Unfortunately, in our industry, if
    there is a defect with the tire, the manufacturer requires us to go through
    them for the warranty process. We did tell you it can take up to 3 - 5 business
    days for us to hear back from the manufacturer, however most times it is sooner
    than that.After receiving the photos and the videos and
    sending them to the manufacturer, you were still not happy with the process. We
    then provided you with 4 shipping labels (tracking numbers ************,
    ************, ************, ************) to ship the wheels and tire back to
    us. Once we receive them back, we would then mount new tires on your wheels and
    then ship them back to you. However, based on your complaint, once we receive
    them back, we will be issuing a full refund of $1,863.88. Feel free to reach
    out to us with any other questions. Again, I apologize for the issue you are
    experiencing with the tires.

    Order paddle tires from KJ motorsports. Long story short they did not fit the vehicle I was trying to place them on. They accepted the return. Tires where never mounted or installed. The original shipping label from them was still attached to the tires. They refuse to refund my full amount back to my card and charged me twice for shipping, then tried to tell me they where only recouping their costs from me purchasing the tires. You cant have charges built into the purchase of the tires and when they are returned not refund the full amount with me paying the shipping costs twice! Having them shipped to me and shipped back to them! They stole from me and most likely have already done that to other customers! They still owe me $141.16! Never ever do business with this company!

    I'm sorry to hear about ***** displeasure with our company. Unfortunately, 32" tires are very expensive to ship and we can't just absorb the cost of to and from shipping on a pair of tires. To satisfy the customer's complaint we are going to refund the cost of original shipping that we withheld from his refund on the order he placed on ******. See attached. The Refund on our end will be in the amount of $132.20 and ****** will refund the sales tax on this amount. If there are any other questions, feel free to let us know.

    I purchased a set of wheels and rims that KJ Motorsports mounted and had delivered to my home on 12/30. Wheels were packed with rims facing in. Took still packaged rims to a CERTIFIED ******* dealer to have them installed along with other accessories. Received UTV back and our mechanic noticed one of the rims is bent. There is no other scratch or obvious damage on the tires/rims that would indicate something struck the wheel and certainly not hard enough to bend a rim. Tire and area near the bend are in pristine condition.

    Contacted KJ Motorsports by email and sent 1 close up picture of the rim. Was told they would get back to me. Sent me an email a day later stating there is no way the rim left their business bent, so it had to happen while we were driving the UTV or at the CERTIFIED ******* dealer.

    This UTV had not been driven since the tires were installed. Also, I highly doubt they suffered damage at the ******* dealership. If something had impacted the rim, there would be more damage than just a bend i.e. scratch, dent. A bend in a rim could only be caused by a substantial impact. Looking at it, it is possible it was a manufacturing issue. KJ could easily go to Fuel and have them review it, but they chose to send an accusatory email instead.

    They clearly have terrible customer service and did not even do any fact finding. If they were truly concerned about the customer and getting to the bottom of the issue, they would have maybe inquired further: Did you drive the UTV? Who installed them? Are you aware of any other issues with the wheels? Is there any other damage? Can you send more pictures? Was the shipping package damaged? These are all very obvious questions. It is clear KJ was not interested in even investigating the issue. I would think they could have spent 5 minutes asking questions considering my purchase was over $2000. In addition, I had not even asked for refund or an exchange at this point.

    I will also be contacting the manufacturer of the rims to make them aware of the service I received from KJ Motorsports and to see if they can surmise what caused a bent rim. Just as KJ should have done.

    I'm sorry to hear about this complaint. ***** has reached out to us regarding the issue. ***** placed the order with us on 12/26/22 and it was delivered on 12/30/22. ***** reached out to us on 2/18/23 to let us know that there is damage to one wheel. Naturally, we are going to ask more questions and want a lot more details than an email stating a wheel is damaged as the $2100 order was delivered over 45 days prior. The mention of damage by the mechanic was after they had installed them on their side by side, 45 days after delivery.  There is no saying for sure where that damage happened. We see damage to rims frequently when riders are riding where there is no damage to the tire. It was possible the wheel was damaged during shipping so we offered to take care of it. Unfortunately, the wheel is on National backorder. She said that she could get the wheel from another vendor so we offered to send a pre-paid return label to her to have the damaged wheel sent back and we would issue a refund for this wheel. We issued a ***** return label on 2/22/23, tracking number ************ which we are waiting to be returned so we can issue a refund.  Let us know if you need any other information.

    I purchased a set of utv wheels from this seller that were advertised as 15x7 but the actual size stamped on the wheel was 15x6.5. The seller claims the manufacture can round up the size in the description. The wheels came free shipping but if I return them I will be charged for shipping both directions (2x$98). I would not have ordered these wheels if I had known the actual size. Customer service is not willing to make it right-so buyer beware. I do not believe I should pay any shipping costs for returning the wheels that were falsely advertised.

    Good morning, I'm sorry to hear that *** is upset with ******'s return policy and his wheels saying 15x6.5 on engraved on the back. I'm showing that a prepaid label was provided from ****** to return the wheels. We advertise the product as the manufacturer does (See link below). You'll see the manufacturer's application chart that I attached shows these wheels as a 15x7. What Tom needs to understand that the wheel he bought is a 2-piecce wheel and the piece of the wheel he said says 15x6.5 is the actual wheel without the beadlock ring. The beadlock ring measures between 1/2" and 1", giving him a 15x7 wheel. I'd ask that Tom puts a measuring tape on the wheel and send us a picture. I think he'll be surprised that the over width of the wheel actually is a hair over 7". When you put both pieces of the wheel together, you have a 15x7 wheel.  EVERY beadlock wheel is made similarly to this. The wheel will measure narrower without the beadlock ring installed.

    To satisfy the customer, he can send them back with the ****** provided return label and we'll issue him a full refund. Or he can use the attached label here. Make sure the wheels are packages up similarly to how they were sent to him to prevent damage. If the product arrives back to us damaged, a Full refund will not be issued.
