    I purchased a pillow online from nestl bedding. I tried calling and emailing them regarding my order for the past few days without any response. At this time I don't want anything from them and my money back. What is the purpose in having contact information available if no one is available to help.

    Dear Sir or Madam.Please be advised That I made several purchases on Amazon for your sheet sets -and shared the info. On your sheet sets with several friends of mine, However I have a problem with one of the many sets that I purchased on Amazon- as the fitted sheet has elastic unraveling on one of the corners.The sets are stated of a 3 year warranty on Amazon,but Amazon can only back up any issues for 30 days- even for Prime Members, and told me to contact your company directly, (providing me with the your tel. no. and email address)(invoice number of the amazon order is #****************** the order was placed on Jan. 8-2020) I have recently left several voice messages with your company to date-and photos of the damaged sheet, including the tag info. of the sheet as well, through the emails I sent to your company- "as you requested on several emails that you sent to me- repeatedly asking for the very same infomation over and over. However- I have not once- ever received one single call back,nor a return email of my requests of asking- Can someone kindly give me a call back, and leaving my tel. number.This company did nothing more to help me- but kept on sending me computer generated emails saying "how sorry they were and wanted to correct the issue" But in only sending the very same requests over and over- asking for the very same information.
