I purchased a brand new 2024 Acura ZDX in October of 2024. I put it in the shop on April 13th 2025 and today is May 27, 2025 and I still have not received my car as of yet.

The customer purchased the new *************************** ZDX from us (Friendly Acura). He was having some issues with the vehicle and brought it to another Acura dealership that is located much closed to where he lives. To our knowledge, that dealership was working with him on a repair and it sounds like parts were on national backorder from the factory but again, I can't confirm because he is working with another dealership. In addition, if the customer is looking to get out of that car because of the issues he is having, he would have to handle that directly with ************** as the warranty is with them not us. He signed a lease agreement with Acura ****************** so they own the vehicle not us, therefore he has to contact them for any type of resolution. I completely understand his frustration with the vehicle, but this complaint and what he would like for a resolution is not something that we can decide. We are not the servicing dealership or the lien holder of the vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle at Friendly Acura. I test drove the vehicle at night and the vehicle was snow covered which hid many cosmetic flaws. One I compiled the sale paperwork I was directed to the vehicle and saw a few flaws in the paint. While disappointed that these were not pointed out I thought they were insignificant enough and requested touchup paint. Over the next couple of days I started noticing many scratches, chips, dents. I kept getting a low tire pressure warning and took the vehicle to the dealer. A few days later after getting a recall resolved, one speaker stopped working, my turn right turn signal stopped working, my passenger headlight went out. I thought it was the ***** dealer that caused the issue during the recall repair, but they pointed out that the mount bracket on the headlight was broken, the bumper was misaligned so the light does not fit properly, and there we open seals allowing water to get into the headlight and shorted out many systems including the ignition.
