    My father is *********************************. I am his daughter *****************************. We visited Perfect Shoes Plus in **********, ** in the Spring of 2022 and spoke with ***** at the store. My father is an 88 year old man who is ******** and in need of a pair of new shoes which his insurance would cover with a script from his doctor. The day we saw ***** we were looking for a new pair of shoes that were identical to the shoes my father was wearing that day. His shoes are a black leather shoe with a velcro strap and a non-skid bottom. The shoe was an APEX brand shoe. I have called several times to follow-up on the status of my Dad's shoes. ***** does not do the follow-up work and return calls. I stopped in the store just before Thanksgiving 2022 to follow-up with ***** again on the status of my Dad's shoe order. While I was there ***** said his contact at the shoe company's phone was busy and that he would email him and get back to me. I waited the rest of November, December and January 2023. Still no follow-up callback from *****. I called ***** on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 to again check on the status of my Dad's shoe order. ***** told me that he had not received a response from his shoe contact. I asked if he could please check and call me back by Friday, February 3, 2023 - no callback from *****. I have contacted my ************** plan-they did not show an order or script on their files. ***** even had my Dad select another shoe style from another company similar to the initial APEX shoe he initially picked hoping it would arrive sooner. Still no shoes. What my Dad is going thru with shoes is the same thing we experienced with my Mom when she ordered shoes. *************** spoke with ***** at the store with my Dad and I on the line for a 3 way call in the Fall of 2022. ******************* up on the insurance rep. **** she called back he began to yell at her. I don't think ***** realized we were on a 3-way call. ***** has also told me to buy Dad shoes. All we want is Dad's shoes.
