    I am not satisfied with the experience I had with this company. Even though they completed the job and solved the problem, I am dissatisfied because my credit card was charged without my consent or authorization. They claimed they sent me an invoice via email which I had not received at the time of the charge. I only received it the day after. They did not call me to let me know what the problem was, how long the job took, or what I was paying for. I was charged almost $750 for slow drainage and minor plumbing issues (even though I think their price was costly, the primary issue here isn't the amount). No due diligence was done to inform me of this charge. It is a bad business practice to charge a customer without consent. In the end, I asked them for reparation. They declined. I will not be using their services again.
