    ***, our service tech did a great job in winterizing our furnace. He arrived on schedule and was very neat, quiet and knowledgeable in his profession. Upon completion, he reviewed the current status of the equipment all that was done. W.K. Mechanical is a great company and I have recommended them to friends. This is my third year with this company.

    ****** was out to complete a generator repair. As always he was professional and explained what he was doing to me as I asked many questions. I trust his working knowledge of my Kohler generator and his ability to make the necessary repairs.

    Going on 15 years with WK service...that should speak volumes. ****** was the tech who provided our most recent furnace checkup. He called ahead and was on time, knowledgeable and professional. This is typical for all the great technicians from WK. From the office team to the owner: You will not be disappointed with **** for initial installation, routine or emergency services. That has been my experience!

    **** and *** are excellent representatives of WK Mechanical. They were on time and extremely efficient and professional. The way they handled any difficult situation was amazing. They even cleaned up after completion of the install . I will recommend to anyone needing to replace theie HVAC and water heater . Thank you **** and *** .

    ****** was at my home for the first time and was very professional and knowledgeable and very prompt. He serviced my AC,Heating and instant hot water unit and explained any issues and answered my questions. The report that he wrote up was detailed and looking forward to having him back for future service-Thanks *****

    We have been using WK for our A/C tune-*** for over 15 years. When it finally came time to replace our unit, WK was our go to company. Our installer **** was prompt, clean, polite and extremely professional. He arrived before the anticipated "service time window". He told me his plan and what I should expect during the install. Upon completion of the install, **** explained the new unit and answered all my questions. Aside from the newly installed unit, you couldn't tell that **** had worked on the side of the house, walked through the house and into the attic, multiple times.
