    This company is Terrible. They have a package of mine and I'm unable to reach them in any way. I've called, social media and sent emails with no response anywhere. this package is extremely expensive, and I would like to schedule a delivery time.

    I am trying to find a package being shipped by this company and no one picks up the phone number listed. It hangs up on you. no response to emails. This is a terrible company. Will be reporting them to NY State to be investigated.

    Horrible business practice, ZERO transparency or ability to get any information/response from their customer service called phone number attached to business during working hours and no response, only able to leave voicemail their tracking portal that vendors point you to when you inquire on shipping information after being pointed back to them via customer service hasnt been updated in two weeks and has never included a shipping number or Delivery ETA.All while I have already purchased & paid for over $500 of goods that I cannot even get a response as to where they might be currently sitting. PATHETIC excuse for a company!

    Weshit express got me very angry the driver said it was a failure delivery I work from home and I got it on security video he pulled into my driveway didn't get out of the vehicle and backed out wasn't here for 1:30 min. What kind of delivery drivers do they have my???

    This company has lost three of my packages and refuses to send out tracking numbers to the consumers . When you call them they will not even help you and refer you back to the company that shipped it. Plus I order a vaping product and it has to be signed for. So how am I suppose to know when to be home to sign or do they expect you to sit around everyday waiting and hoping it shows up.

    I have left several phone calls and emails trying to reach someone in the last 5 days and have not received a response. My package was redirected by them and delivered to their NY address and has been sitting there for 5 days. I had spoken to someone 7 days ago who assured me it would be delivered to my address within 3-4 days but obviously not. Now I cant reach anyone! I didnt pick this company and warn others to beware!
