Order 2 3 pole contacts that were advertised at around $16 plus free shipping. They canceled my order without telling me so I emailed them to ask why and they said they were on a long backorder. Then I looked on their site and they raised the price and said in stock. When I talked to someone today they said they are in stock and I have to place a new order and they can't honor my order that I already placed that they canceled on me without my knowledge. Basically they found out they were charging too cheap of a price, so canceled my order, raised the price and now want ne to place another order for the same thing at a higher price. On July 25th, 2023 we placed an order for a pack of 25 Halco Light Bulbs, our confirmation states delivery would be July 28th, 2023. Our credit card payment went through but to this day we have not received the shipment nor any type of communication from this company. I have not only reached out to them on their contact us via their website but I also contacted them via their email address. I have contacted them on numerous occasions to no avail. On July 10, 2023 I ordered wire from Ktool's website. The total purchase price is $2,142.50. I received an email confirmation from Ktool on July 12, 2023, Order #******. I have attempted several times to contact Ktools via their email address and their 'Contact Us' option on their website to inquire about my order. Their website states they will response in 24 hours. It has been several days since my last attempt with no response. I called the ************ provided on the BBB website and received a recorded message to contact them through their website. My credit card has not been charged suggesting they will not be filling the order. I need to either receive the order or cancel the order before ordering from a different provider.Business Response

Ordered 4 motors online in Dec 29th 2022 from Ktool. Our credit card was charged $990.15 for order # ****** Items never arrived. Contacted customer service with several emails and never got a definitive answer for a ship date. I emailed and finally cancelled the order. We have never received a credit back on our credit card. I sent another email today 4/19/2023 requesting a phone number and a human body to speak to about this issue. They obviously don't have a phone contact for a reason.Customer Answer

Better Business Bureau:
After contacting them again about cancelling my order, I received an email stating that I would have to pay a 30% cancellation fee. I asked in my email if they could show me where I agreed to this fee in any form. I received nothing other than a single sentence telling me I had to pay this fee. I responded that I would use the 30% fee charge in my next online review of this company and that I had filed a complaint with the BBB. The next day I got an email saying they had made a full refund. I cannot believe they wanted us to pay this when they could not fill the order in over 60 days time. Only took nearly 4 months to resolve.
