    We used a platform called **************** to hire a company called ****************** out of ************************************** a truck from *************, ** to ********, ** on 8/24/24. **** double brokered the deal out to Valle Towing and Transport out of **********, **. Valle Towing delivered our truck to ********, ** on 8/31/24 with 1600 additional miles than what it was purchased with. We believe that the driver, ***** Valle *****, used our truck to haul his trailer, along with his truck and another car, all the way down from ** to **. He did not disclose any mileage on the *** at either pickup OR delivery. The transmission in our truck had to be replaced but because of the excessive miles he put on our truck, we are out of the arbitration window with the auction and have no recourse. It cost us $3343.60 to repair. We tried to reach out to both companies to settle this dispute and neither will cooperate.
