      Middletown medical told me in January that I would be receiving a refund. It has been 3 months and I haven't received anything. The billing dept people keep saying that they see I have a credit. Now they have not answered the phone for the past 3 days and they do not respond to my emails. ******************************* and ************************************ Both come back *************************************************** is unresponsive. I want my money back.

      To whom it may concern,
                         We received your letter today regarding the above complaint number.
      As discussed with  *****  by our billing representative ****** who was assisting her has fully explained the delay and told ***** that it was her error as she had approval for the refund of $100.00 not $150.00 as ***** has a $50.00 copy for the services rendered. ******  failed to send the approved request for refund to the finance office, which was detected when *****  called back again to check the status of her refund. ****** explained that to *****  and took full responsibility.
                           Upon receipt of your letter today I immediately looked into this as well as *****  reaching out again today to check the status of her refund request.
                           I am attaching a copy of the check issued today to ***** .
      ****** attempted to reach **********; today to advise her that her refund check was ready however,there was no answer, and a voicemail was left.

      Middletown Medical pushed for me to sign up for their patient portal telling me it would be beneficial for me and my son so I would be able to view results make appointments and manage both of our accounts etc through the portal at any time rather than waiting for business hours or having to call in by phone. I set up my account as well an an account for my 7 year old son and was happily using the services offered by the portal managing his health records appointments etc and all of a sudden was no longer able to access his results or anything as a result of a supposed policy that portals arent an option for minors and my account access for him would now be restricted. He is SEVEN years old and it is important for me and every other parent to be able to monitor and have access to their minor childs health information. I would like access to my sons account and all of his records again.

      To whom it may concern,I, ***********************, have been having health issues that Im trying to figure out the root of. There has been numbness in both of my arms and at times it extends down to my legs and once even my jaw. I have had tests run to figure out the problem, including a few MRIs, X-rays and ultrasounds.I had a specific echocardiogram done on December 9th. And the results are still not back. Ive spoken to my primary ************ about this echo on my last appointment which was the 16th. She hadnt gotten the results at that point and she told me to contact her early this week if I still have not received any results!I keep calling and no one is helping me. They keep saying the results are not back yet and that they are going to the lab to find out why its taking so long and that they will contact me back. No one is calling me back! Ive called on 3 separate occasions now, as this problem has been going on and I want resolutions or some type of help. Im not feeling like anyone cares about my results. They pretty much got lost and no one is doing anything to help me out.I still have not been able to speak with ***********. No one directs me to her. This has been very frustrating and I dont know where else to turn. I want my results, but at this point I kinda want them transferred to a different practice. This practice is not doing well at showing me that I matter to them.If this is a problem with my HEART, Id think itd be crucial to hear back as soon as possible. Id like to think doctors would want to try hard to get answers to resolve this. That has not happened. Please direct me to someone in charge of these offices and/or forward this message to them! Something needs to be done about the lack of being proactive with something that could be a very serious matter.Ive tried to contact also, via the Middletown Medical app. And no one has responded back to that either! Im just being left with no answers whatsoever.
