    10/5/24 ordered a window paid $610.20. They stated 4 to 6 weeks. Construction stopped waiting on window. Called end of November for info. Was told should have been here will call you back. No call back. Several tries to get someone to answer. My husband was finally able to speak with Dennis the owner and was told lost in transit would check and call back. No call back. Been trying for weeks just rings no answer. Went to website no way to contact and noticed comments from others that ordered same time no windows either. I'm not sure my window was ordered. If we can't get it we want our money back. It appears they are rated F.

    Ordered a door in person from A&J and said it would be in within a week. This was in November 2023. I got ahold of him the week after Thanksgiving and he said it was going to be available for pickup soon. I told him to call me when it was ready. Never heard from him again. I’ve left a ******** message, trying calling numerous times- no response and no attempts at getting back to me. I paid 1000$ in cash, half down, for this door and zero communication.

    We ordered some windows from A&J Windows at the end of October, and were told that they would be available on 12/28/22. We paid half ($540) deposit. We didn't receive an invoice at the time of ordering, and Dennis (owner) promised he would email us a copy as soon as he has resolved some issues with his computer. He has not responded since. We have been calling, emailing, and even stopped by a few times. There is no answering machine, no response to emails, and the shop is not open. We don't know any other way to reach him. We don't necessarily want a refund and would rather have our windows. We have ordered fro A&J for years now, with no issues. We are concerned, and frustrated and want to resolve this situation.
