    I recommend Rockstar kickboxing to anyone wanting to get fit since the workouts are tough but really enjoyable. The staff always makes every class a lot of fun because they put in a lot of effort to create a positive environment for everyone, which motivates me to keep coming back. I'm super excited to keep challenging myself with these classes!

    I love Rockstar Kickboxing in Miller Place. The workout is an amazing high energy , very effective hour long class. The instructors are motivating and caring and take real interest in their clients to get the best results. I have been taking classes for a few years , very addicting you will look forward to your next class. Highly recommend.

    10/10 recommend! The place is so clean, the coaches are amazing. They make you feel right at home and welcomed from the moment you walk in the door! After my first class I couldnt wait to go back and I look forward to going and working out every week!
