    Dat Of Transaction was 12/17/2023 a I phone 12 was purchased and my account was charged. It took four days and it said order processing. Four more days and it said order verification and processing. I have used their contact form on 12/20/2023 Letting them know my card was charged and i was worried as i had not recd an e mail confirmation. There was no reply so I tried a second contact form and it will not accept my inquiry. I think my money may be long gone Order Ref # ********* Inv # ************ I Phone Ref #**********

    I ordered a message chair from them on 11/12. And instead of getting a chair I received a hat. They emailed me back and said someone in the ware house sent the wrong item and if I wanted it replace I told them yes and I havent herd from them on sending me another one all I want is my message chair I ordered if the cant give that to me my money back. Thank u *************************

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Discount Factory Store regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     

    They emailed me back and said they will talk to me about my hair on the 6th of February. They get back to work  then they are on vacation due to holidays. I will keep you informed if they do send me  a chair or money back at that time Thank u for your help
