Megavarieties.com purchases can be easilyreturned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail if you use ourpre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below).We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, ifapplicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Please allow two weeks for your return to beprocessed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once yourreturn has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer toreflect the transaction.

♦ When you return your purchase to Megacirius, Inc. by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paidwith a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit ordebit card for the purchase price of the item. 

♦ If we receive your item by mail within 30 days of purchase, or if your itemwas paid for with a gift card or online store credit and we receive it by mailwithin 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of anonline store credit for the item which may be redeemed at Megavarieties.com.For more information on how to redeem your store credit, please go to CustomerService on Megavarieties.com.

♦ For Megavarieties.com products returned in store, rather than by mail,refunds are only provided if the product is returned within 30 days ofpurchase, and you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card.
Items may not be returned by mail, and will notbe refunded, 90 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Megacirius, Inc.outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

Here are two easy ways to return your item:
1. Returnsby Mail
♦ Fill out both sides of the Return Formattached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items.Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you,if necessary.

♦ Package your return item in the product box and packaging (if available).
Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damagein transit.

♦ Print the Prepaid Return Label from your email and mail your return via United States Postal Service.

♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
