    On May 22, 2022, My neighbor at ************************************************************************ hired Miguels Tree Service to cut down the tree bordering 4 properties , I have everything on videotape the entire removal of the top part of this tree where they damaged MY fence on the ******************** St. side which is the yard they were working in to take down the parts of the tree. ******, who claims to be the owner was in the tree cutting it and will not give me his insurance information. He claims to be licensed and insured I Have an estimate from Rose ***** for $1000 dated today, June 2,2022As the entire 8 foot panel needs to be removed AND replaced. My fence is a Rose fence and parts are NOT interchangeable with other fabricated PVC fencing I am requesting your immediate assistance My husband offered him ,and I have it on voice recording, to meet the fence company here today, he declined this offer on May 23, when he agreed to look at my damaged fence which cracked the 8 foot panel AND left an impression of the tree trunk They tried to hide it from the neighbor by placing flower pots in front of it ! I noticed it on my side because it pushed the fence so hard on the rear side it cracked through to my side. IT IS MY FENCE , permitted and legal I am in no position to lay out $1000 and to take him to court to wait for my reimbursement . Im demanding that this be filed with his insurance company he claims if he files it with insurance his rates will go up that is not my concern my concern is my 8 foot fence which is PVC

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Miguels Tree Service regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 

     Claim has been filed with small claims court as company will not supply their insurance information even though they acknowledge responsibility via text  

    consumer affairs complaint also filed with Nassau county
