    On December 21, 2021, I paid AP Home Improvements and Concrete $5,700 to repair the foundation of my home and waterproof my entire basement. Water is still flowing into the basement. I have repeatedly asked the business to come back and fix the problem to no avail.As a relief, I am requesting foundation repair and that waterproofing of my basement be done immediately. Both are outlined in the contract. If the business cannot fulfill its obligation, I would like to be given a full refund.

    We are trying to resolve this issue with the customer I told him he needs a new ********************** foundation he doesnt wanna pay for a new concrete foundation I cannot install one for free it cost a lot of money to do that I have told The customer if we come back to fix The work on the contract Was just Waterproofing We are willing to do that again if it doesnt work it is out of our hands As he needs a new concrete foundation.

     In the contract that we signed, the business guaranteed that no more water would go into the basement after the work was done.  We paid $5700 and we still get the water in the basement  The first contract was not honored and now he wants to come back and charge us more money.   Besides that, I am uncomfortable continuing to work with this business.  I was told via text 4 times that he would be there to fix the situation, but he never showed up   I cant afford to take off  of work again until we go to court.

    We tried to communicate with the customer to make things right customer do not understand he needs a new ********************** foundation Plus another contractor try to fix the problem he could not fix it We are uncomfortable working for this customer because he thinks he knows The way the job should be done who is the contractor here!!
