    Take Flight Aviation is a flight training school.Take Flight allows their students (me) to create an account and deposit a large sum of money to be debited as each training progresses. I deposited $20K and after many flight instructions I still had a little under $5K left on my account with Take ************************ attached the entire email correspondence with Take Flight for your review, but here is the summary:On May 4th of this year, I emailed Take Flight asking them to refund my leftover $4,920.54, since I was not going to be able to continue the training.4 days later (May 8th), without receiving a reply I asked again for the refund.8 days after that (May 16th) ********************* responded that I should receive payment by that Friday (May 19th).On June 6th I sent an inquiry email since no refund check arrived by then.On June 14th I sent another email wondering what is happening and concerned about their lack of reply to my inquiry.On July 5th I sent another inquiry email without any response from them for almost 2 months!On July 10th I sent another email asking again what is going on. I even offered them to just write the check and leave it on the desk for me to pick it up.On July 12th I sent another email, again offering to pick the check up personally.Finally, on July 13th I get an email from **** without any timeline of when they would send the check. Simply saying that I am "on the list" and that they "are working to process it promptly".16 days later (July 29th), I sent another email requesting a better response, since I still had not received the refund check. Again offered to pick it up personally.On August 2nd I sent my last email attempt to get it without taking any further action.So, it has been way over 3 months and still no resolution in sight.I also called and left messages without any reply.I am simply asking BBB to help me get my promised refund check promptly.

    I have been trying for over 2 months to get surplus funds refunded to me. After the owner (****) agreed to refund those funds 2 months ago and send me a check, they refuse to return my calls, emails or txts. I am owed almost $1,800.
