I would not use or recommend BestofAll Corp Auto Transport for transporting my car. This car carrier that transport my car damaged it and refused to pay for it.
BestofAll did not want to pay for the damage, so I had to go to their insurance company, ***********, to file a claim. *********** denied the claim, saying that BestofAll did not cause the damage, implying that I did. They said this because I signed for the car with no damage indicated.
On the day of pickup, the driver called and wanted to drop it off that night. I said I wasn’t comfortable accepting the delivery in the dark. He assured me everything would be fine and had bright flashlights to check over the car. He did not show up until after 11pm.
When picking up the car, I did not see the damage to the driver’s door. It was too dark, and the car was dirty from the trip. The driver did not offer any assistance, had no flashlight, and was rude. He stated that if I saw anything the next day, that it would not be a problem. He was getting impatient and had me sign on his phone for the car. In retrospect, I believe he knew that the door was damaged and was hurrying me along. When signing, all I saw on his phone was a place to sign, nothing else.
It was not until the next day, after washing the car, that I saw the damage. I have a video of the car on the day of pickup showing no damage to the door. This is when I realized that the carrier had damaged the door.
In conclusion, I should not have accepted the delivery late at night. My suggestion is to make sure that you inspect your car in daylight and thoroughly.
