    This place is a disaster and needs to be shut down. I stayed here for one night with my partner to attend an event in the area. I was referred through Travelocity who rated it as 2 1/2 stars out of 5, so I assumed that meant it was basic but habitable. In fact it is not. I feared for our safety and that of our car and was terrified to leave the room. The place is filthy, falling apart, and populated by marginal people. Other reviews I read subsequently claim that they are drug dealers, users and prostitutes. I did not ask them. Suffice it to say that when we went to check out in the AM three fully armed police officers were in the parking lot. Broken furniture, holes in wall, disgusting bathroom, reeked of cigarettes and other bad smells, collapsing ceiling, disgusting bedcovers, and many other problems just inside of room. Outside was worse. The outside is filthy, garbage all over and falling apart, sketchy people in the parking lot all times of night and day, depressed neighborhood. The only positive is that office were marginally helpful and polite but this place was way beyond any help they could offer. I gave one star because BBB insists but would give negative stars if possible. How is this place allowed to exist????

    As we appreciate your feedback, during the duration of your stay there have been no complaints from you or your partner. The Motel would have taken any corrective action needed to, to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. Unfortunately, the motel is not responsible for the "type of people" you claim to have seen in the area. The motel is currently under renovations and as you seen the bathrooms were just redone. The motel has been tirelessly working on improving the motel. What is out the control of the motel is the location. Once again, Thank you for your feedback.
