    This business was supposed to place 10ft. fence posts 4th in to the ground. I provided 3 bags of concrete per post and the 19 posts. The posts were placed less that 2 ft. deep and with less than a bag of concrete. I have videos which couldn't be uploaded showing how they are shaking. I was offered my money in the amount of $1450.00 and have yet to receive it. I was old it would be mailed. That was in December 2022.

    In any matters with ***** ********, and any discrepancies that she may have with my company, it is important to note that my company only referred her to the company that she used. My company was not the one that she actually used.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I have communication with the ************************* (*********) that I could print and forward to you in order to show the sequence of events if you would like me to do that. He came to look at my job, called in his guy to do the work and once he saw what an inadequate job he did, told us that he fired the guy. I paid in good faith and **** offered on two occasions to make it right by giving me my money back. Then the stall tactics started. I have no words for this kind of behavior.
