      It has been 3 years since my parents were buried at this cemetery. There has never been a blade of new grass over their burial site. Previously we were told that it was due to the pandemic (although that did not seem accurate considering it is an outdoor activity) and now that is a very poor excuse. My parents bought plots at your facility because they had family there and thought the facility took good care of the plots. Apparently this is not the case now. When our family was going through the process of our grief we were told that everything would be done to keep the plots in pristine condition. Unfortunately the only thing we have noticed is that they remove any flowers or memorial flags asap even before they do not look the best! It has now been 3 years tomorrow and nothing has been done to make sure the ****** at least have some grass growing. What a shame and very depressing for family who visit often.
