    I needed stairs, handrails and gate to above ground pool deck. Looked to NextDoor app for recommendations. The first company I applied to quoted me a price based on a photo. He told me he would be by to look at the job at a certain time. Never showed up or called until I texted him. It was too dark by then..he told me he was just dropping off his guys. Said he would come by on a Sunday @5pm...Ghosted me. Told him why do you put your name out there if you don't call or show up? Poor way to run a business.. Told him to forget the job!Searched NextDoor again for recommendations and Statewide Renovations came up with about 5 positive reviews. Was told to request **** or ****. I liked the idea the idea of throwing business to a local company. Called the company and **** came by the next day and quoted a price. The job was started 2 weeks later. **** kept me informed of any date changes, always responded to any calls or questions that I had.***** and **** (I think that was his name, my error if not) showed up at the scheduled time. They were hardworking, neat, polite and did phenomenal work! **** kept in touch and wanted to know how it was going and if I was happy with the work so far. When I had one concern, he spoke to *****, who took care of the minor problem.All in all, I know I made the right choice in hiring Statewide Renovations. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will use them again on future projects if needed.****, ****, thank you, thank you! It was great being able to carry chairs up to the deck without a struggle.Looks great, is safe, I'm happy!
