****************** was a G-d send to me and my husband when she arrived to help at night when my baby was almost 5 weeks old. That Friday she had been crying nonstop to the point where she refused both breast and bottle. We were terribly worried. ***** immediately made us feel better with her skillful and compassionate care. She was able to feed our baby and get her to sleep. Throughout her time with us she gave us parenting tips about sleep schedules, bathing, and age-appropriate activities. Our baby clearly bonded with her and we felt comfortable that she was in great hands during the night. As ***** wasn't available for regular night shifts, she sent other nannies through her referral network. One nanny became a regular nighttime caregiver to our child and has been wonderful with respect to bonding with and caring for our baby. However, we did have a bad experience with another nanny who didn't seem present and was unable to connect with our baby. I realized it was important to personally vet any caregiver sent through KradleKare by calling references and ideally interviewing the caregiver prior to their coming in to care for our child. In summary, I would with utmost confidence recommend ***** to care for your child, however would recommend due-diligence when contracting with other nannies through her network to make sure that any prospective nanny has excellent references and makes you feel comfortable upon interviewing them.

It was my extreme please to meet you and your partner during this vulnerable yet precious time of your baby's life. Let me also thank you for the constructive feedback on the services we provided. While your experience wasn't all bad it's definitely not the type of service we endeavor to provide, we do take seriously and agree that properly vetting ************ Specialist is extremely important. We will use this as a starting point to assess our process to make the necessary changes moving forward. At KradleKare, we do recognize that you have a choice in caregivers and we will do all possible to ensure there is not a repeat of this performance.
