      I signed up for the CHILD CARE SPECIALIST (aka Baby Nurse) course in April 2024. I first contacted ******** who I believe is the owner of said company, I never actually spoke to her. All communication was done via text message,(that should have been my first red flag, I hate text talk for business) but i was recommended, so i when along with it. I was told by ******** that the classes will be 3 weeks, M/T/T and the cost was $310. The fee could be paid in FULL or $150 to lock in your spot and the balance by the end of the course. I was also informed by ******** that I should contact ******* as she is the educator and is responsible for actually doing the classes. I sent in my 1st payment via Zelle as requested and sent a copy of said to *******/******** as PROOF of payment to lock me in. The virtual classes started and it was okay, it was convenient because I had to work my real job on most of the days classes were scheduled. I believed we had maybe 2 or 3 actual LIVE classes because most classes were pre-recorded which work for me as I could listen when i had the time.To shorten this, I finished the course & NEVER got change to do my test & I also paid for a BIO I NEVER received. Now I'm told by ******* that the course($310) is NON refundable(which was NOT in any contract) and she REFUSES to REFUND the $55 that I paid for a bio I never got. I let it slide with my course pmt that was bad enough, but for the life of me I cannot understand WHY ******* has REFUSED to REFUND my $55 !. I could taken this a step further but because I'm all about supporting my people I did not, plus I have no unnecessary time to waste. I just want my $55 back! I have receipts of ALL my payments and it took me seconds to ZELLE the money for payment, why is it taking MONTHS for me to get MY money back when I allowed you to RIP me off $310!! for i course i have NO certificate for and before you say you tried, girl bye. Your computer "broke" remember, on my exam day. Where's the b/up?
