    I am extremely disappointed in the service I received with K&T Associates, LLC, while handling my 2024 personal and business taxes. The owner, *****, came highly recommended, however, it has taken him anywhere between 3-21 days to respond to any questions about the status of my income taxes or refunds. He does not efficiently answer questions about accounting. Or anything else. I submitted my 2024 income taxes to ***** on 2/21/2025. Its now 4/13/2025. I have not received my tax refund yet. After waiting for a response for over 14 day even after I called his business phone he finally returned the call to say that he had family issues, which I totally understood but he couldnt offhand say if he had processed my taxes or not. He said he needed to circle back. He sent me paperwork that indicated he would process my refund once I could paid his fee. He was paid but I still dont have any refund. In total, I paid ***** $600+ to process both my personal and business taxes. He mentioned that my personal taxes would need to be amended so that I could receive business income via my personal taxes. I asked him to explain this but I am still waiting on the answer. I texted and called again about the status of both. He did not respond to me. I emailed asking him for at least a $50 refund because he did not efficiently perform any of the services I paid for. And he misled me about processing my taxes. He didnt respond. ***** only responded to my husband after I asked him to reach out for answers. He bypassed my inquiry after taking my money and sent a photo of proof of processing my taxes to my husband as if this excused his poor professionalism. He also asked for my address and banking information to have my refund electronically transferred to my bank. *** has now reported that I should wait for my refund via mail. ***** is not an efficient accountant. He doesnt answer emails, calls, or texts in a timely manner. Do not patronize this business.
