      Scam company. No response to emails, all phone numbers are fake. Product never received.

      We do see an order for this customer. We checked the tracking for the shipment and confirmed that the eyeglasses were received. Our phone number is **************, and our email is support @*****************. I checked, and both are working. We have been in business for over 20 years and have never had a problem or a complaint up until now. We are sorry to hear that the customer had an issue contacting us. The item did arrive, according to ***. We have contacted the customer to resolve this but have not heard back. We will continue improving our customer service and take all complaints seriously. We will try to do better so that any issues or concerns do not escalate to this point.
