    We spent $7000 on **** ******** cooling system and had nothing but problem with this unit and all the company does when you call contact AC guy to look at it and we will pay once they fix it this went on for months with leaking water which was the problem with the pump int he pan it was sitting too high, then the AC unit would stop goes in and out after spending allot of money on different technicians unit I found a guy to fix the issue which was the computer board and also there was a leak in the steam at the charging filling area hich he had to replace and charge the unit again, many many porbblems after all this I sent the bills to them Mr. Russ Warner has ghosted my emails and would not reply or sned payment as he promised for the labor for the repairs for over $1630 Dollars which was done all on emails and this was sent 11/2023 and now over 7 months still nothing. I would ask higher managment to look in to this compalin and follow up and pay my repair bills otherwise I am blasting this and the company name all over social media.
