Thursday July 28th 2022 at 7:55pm I placed a take out order valuing at $70.43 at Camino Real Mexican Resturant located at 3811 Brewerton Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212. Items purchased were 3 chimichanga dinners, 2 rice sides, 1 beans side, 1 High Peanut butter pie, 1 Raspberry Donut Cheesecake. What's written in the description on the menu under each item and what I received were two completely different things. What I received was unedible, cold, incorrect and falsely advertised items. "Chimichangas Special Dinner" contained various different ingredients including peppers, onions, tomatoes ect. that were not listed in the description of the item on the website. My house has a member who is highly allergic to onions. Everything had to be thrown out immediately. On top of what was in the dishes being falsely advertised, I received poor quality and undercooked food. I reached out to one of the managers at the store and explained the situation and no attempt at resolving the issue was made, refused any type of refund, refused any type of resolution.
