First they dropped the pool off in my front yard for who knows how long.
Second they did not go through the gate of my fence as l was definitely told by the salesman they could do. Instead they went through my front yard and took two trees down and two fences. Ruined my yard and nothing was ever fixed l had to pay for tree removal and the fences are still completely down or half standing. They left boxes and stones all over my yard.
Third it’s been over 3 years and this year is the first year we were able to use it. The slide is not in the pool leaks continuously or the spa leaks. I call l text l call l text. They told me to have my mason do the concrete to help the leak OMG, the equipment constantly leaks one piece gets fixed and another Leaks. I have told them the heater is leaking and nope no one comes. I have missing pieces of equipment and still nothing from them.
Fourth they wanted every cent of monies due and they still haven’t finished their job. Which they have stated on other reviews they do not take all monies until the project is finished. That is a lie.
Fifth everyday l need to add water to my pool they tell me oh it’s the heater or the weather evaporating the water.
How about it may be a leak somewhere!!!! I had pay to have my pool filled since l have a well and now l add water everyday. I deserve some compensation for this hell.
It has been a constant nightmare
I have had other experts in the field look at this pool and tell me l didn’t need half of the equipment and how disappointed they are for what Tarson have done to me a single woman,That they took advantage of. My grandchildren have waited all this time also. They haven’t just upset me but, many others as well.

I have been going to tarson for about 4-5Years and getting chlorine for my pool.. there has been times that the Employee's have put the chlorine in my vehicle without being bagged. My son has never went with me I usually go when he's in school I went to tarson the other day on Taft Rd to get chlorine with my son when I checked out the girl asked if I need help I told her no I had My son with me. So I sat in the car and he put the chlorine in the trunk we got UP the road and I stared to smell it so I pulled over and it was leaking in my car I called tarson and talked to Phil who is supposed to be the manager but the way he spoke to me was definitely not how you treat customers I don't care about the carpet in my trunk it was about the way he treated me and then he tried to put the blame on my son who again is 14 and don't go with me how is he supposed to know.. he needed to go ask for it be bagged i figure it was a Hit or Miss being begged. Mr tarson was more understanding but he also tried to blame a child and they both lied to me and said he told me they can come loose during shipment he has never said that to me. He told me they are Ventilated.. Take responsibility for your employees not doing there job and bagging the stuff I also have pictures of the shed full of chlorine that was not bagged and after my husband called they sent a employee out to bag it we have that proof aswell.. so if you ever have a problem with chemical spills or anything like that you are not going to get anywhere with this company they do and say whatever they have to so they don't have to take responsibility. Again I dont care about the carpet it's in the trunk of my car what I care about is treating customer like people and not lying to customers. Just be careful of this place
