    Wooow amazing how much money I saved imagine paying 99$ vs 3% commission of 289,000 we are talking about a $8,570 saving and on top of that what an amazing customer service they are there to make the sale happen with out the huge price ticket at closing

    This was the easiest process to get my property listed. John was so responsive, and it was even a holiday weekend when I submitted my request for more information. Jason S , the local broker I dealt with was also very responsive and helped me out with all of my questions. It took me all of 30 minutes of work and within one day my property was listed on more sites than I can count. I was overwhelmed with showings and within 3 days made a decision on an offer and was under contract. Going this route saved me around $12k in realtor fees. Do it!
