He punched a hole in my bathroom cceiling instead of calling an accredited roofer. To replace the ceiling, he used the cheapest boards, cut them one to two inches unevenly, and they didn't even reach the molding. When I insisted he put decent molding in he replaced it and did not miter the corners, they don't even reach one another. Completely unprofessional, shoddy workmanship. Refused to call a professional.

We went above and beyond for this customer who was assigned to us by NYSERDA. She received most improvements for free including a new bathroom ceiling, that needed a vent and was a mess before we finished off. We installed a white wainscot ceiling that was a big improvement over what was there. Sad, so little appreciation was given for a job well done.Review fromMarilyn G

Was In the coldest days they brought in heaters
When I asked a question they were very helpful
I would recommend them also very knowledgeable and price is right

5 starsWe recently had D.H. Berry install Central Air in our home and we are very happy with results with this company. Doug B**** was very informative with us in our 1st meeting with him during our estimate, he explained the day to day work load and the products that were gonna be used. Steve and Eric the installers were extremely knowedgeable in there jobs and cleaned up each day they were at our home. 5 starsI had a great experience starting with Doug Berry to the two service people installing my furnace, hot water heater and insulating the wall joists, etc. They all were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They were easy to deal with on all levels. They did not mind and answered easily any questions I had before, during and at the finish of installation. I can tell a difference in my house already.
