    I paid around $35K for a new kitchen. After everything was done I had to call them multiple times because the cabinet doors were crooked and won’t close. Does nobody over there check their work?

    Ivy Lea did such a wonderful job on our daughter's bathroom. They modified everything to fit her needs and to accommodate her disabilities. The work was impeccable and they were extremely professional. They were always on time and finished the job in the timeframe and the price range that was promised. I would recommend them to anyone!

    I signed a contract for a $20,000 project in September 2021 and made a down payment of $2000 as requested. They said the project would not be done until the spring. Meanwhile they "special" ordered two windows and a door for the project. I contacted the company in February to see when the project would start since I was planning a vacation. At that time, they finally requested the necessary permits. The town would not allow the project since the room did not have the proper foundation. I wondered why the company didn't realize the proper foundation was required. They canceled the contract; however, in the fine print it said I was responsible to pay $1172 for the special-order items because I wouldn't spend $10,000 to get the proper foundation.
    In general, the communication was poor; unless they were asking for money.
    Why would you special order anything if you didn't have the necessary permits?
    Why wouldn't you know that you needed the proper foundation for any job?
