    Before I get into the experience I had with Cross State Funding, I would like to talk about Jeremy K******* I first spoke to Jeremy in October 2022 when I was planning to get a mortgage and he helped me plan for the process. After getting 2 bad quotes from Chase and Wells Fargo, I also went to another mortgage broker Called money depot in Rockland County and my experience with them was horrible and was getting worse with every day. My anxiety was through the roof until I remembered that I spoke to Jeremy last year and maybe he can help out. I emailed Cross State Funding and immediately David Ruta responded swiftly. David collected my brief documents and gave them to Jeremy and mind you all of this was happening on a Saturday night. Soon after Jeremy took over it was about time that everything fell into place. I got rid of Money Depot and stuck with my gut to go with Jeremy. Jeremy advised, directed, and showed great involvement with my mortgage. All it took was 1 month to get the mortgage from Orion lending. I am so happy, grateful, and blessed to have Jeremy on my side. Next year when I plan to get my second house I will not hesitate to go with Jeremy again.
