I purchased around 12 blinds/shades for my new addition to my home in December 2024. It was still an active construction site when the *** visited and I was told it was no problem. We ordered a variety of blinds/shades and in the bathroom I chose wooden shutters.I was soon later contacted by the sales *** ******* ****) who stated because of the dimensions I couldn't have the desired shutters, so I reluctantly agreed to different blinds which I did not love. The person came to measure and another to install (both of whom were excellent) and I was told the shutters would work just fine with the final dimensions. I contacted ****** and she would not speak to me via phone; she only sent passive aggressive emails through text and refused to work with me on getting the wooden shutters I originally desired, despite me offering to pay the difference many times. The installer also had to come out three times because every time the measurements were not right. Ultimately some of the blinds that were installed have frayed edges from the numerous problems and cuttings. Additionally the bathroom blinds are cheap and poorly made.I have called Blinds to Go Corporate and emailed them on numerous occasions but no ***ly has been received. The blinds installed are of poor quality and I am not happy with them in any way.I am requesting a refund for this poor experience and poor product I received. I would like to use the money to buy the wooden shutters I originally set out to purchase.Thank you!
