      I am writing to file a complaint against a company that claimed to be a debt collector or debt settlement agency. They contacted me and assured me they could help reduce or pay off my credit card debt. They asked for monthly payments of approximately $125, and I made about 10 payments, totaling over $1,250 .However, none of these funds were paid to my creditors. I began receiving summons and collection letters directly from the credit card companies, stating that they had not received any payments. When I reached out to the company for clarification, they refused to refund my money and stated they would not pay any of my creditors. I now believe this company was operating a scam. They provided false promises, took my money under deceptive pretenses, and left me in a worse financial situation than before. This has caused me financial hardship, stress, and now legal consequences from my creditors.

      If I could get them 0 stars I would. This place is a joke, and not in a funny way. Their services were not properly explained to me. My father hired them a month after me and he got the same talk I got from them. He was also under the same impression I was about their services. Their legal department is full of unprofessional lawyers. I had a lawyer miss three appointments with me. She tried to blame the first one on me. I was waiting by my phone at the set appointment time. I never got a text, email or phone call. I called them next business day all the be told she was in a meeting. Next week rolls around and I call again. Finally after being on hold for about 45mins she answers the phone all the gaslight me and ask why we didnt call her when she missed the appointment. I was under the impression that I was paying them to do a job. I really feel as if it should be the other way around. Why didnt she call us? THREE missed appointments with this same woman. Anyways, I digress. I decided to terminate my contract. And I called the creditors myself. They were all very pleasant and more than willing to work with me. One creditor informed me that a lot of lawyers will not work with places like this one. They can refuse to talk to them. So do with that what you will. Thank you for reading.
