      NO STARS WASNT AN OPTION!!!DO NOT USE!!!!! WE ARE 2 YEARS IN A WHOLE HOUSE REPLACEMENT. 2 TIMES THEY HAVE INSTALLED AND HAD TO REPLACE ALL THE WINDOWS. ALL WRONG SIZES, DAMAGES TO THE INTERRIOR AND EXTERRIOR OF HOME. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. HORRIBLE ******************** WITH SUB PAR INSTALLERS WITH THE BACKING OF A COMPANY THAT WILL IGNORE AND LET YOUR *************! Over 2 years 9 Crews all incompetent 3 divisional Managers 3 Install Managers Its a revolving Door!! BEWARE MEASURED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR A PERFECT FIT!!! GREAT SALES PITCH BUT THEY CANT READ A TAPE MEAURE! WISH I COULD ADD PICTURES RUN AWAY!!!!! ALL WINDOWS WOULD HAVE BEEN installed IF I DIDNT STAY HOME TO WATCH inches off on almost every window!! Are home is still Damaged and incomplete and now they wont even respond to us!
