    We purchased a motor from **** Quality auto parts llc on 7/30/2022 with the note that the build time was 3-8 weeks. We have contacted the shop numerous times for a refund as the motor has not even been started. We have received no motor or refund at this point.

    We have experienced a medical emergency and are unable to fulfill this order in a timely manner. The customer unfortunately cant wait for the item to be completed leaving our business unable to continue as planned. This also hurts the business as we have the product but cant Guarantee a secure transaction upon shipping this.

     I do not accept this response, this is another excuse from this business. I have requested a refund over 8 weeks ago, i have been told the business is in a pinch. The medical emergency was told to us in message as a dislocated shoulder (not a medical emergency, speaking as an ER nurse). This has been going on for over 4 months, that is plenty of time for the business to refund the motor or have produced the motor. If there is no other worker why has the business not given us the refund? I assume that this business takes your money then uses that money to buy your parts, this entire process has left my husband and I down to one vehicle for 4 months. It has now been over 8 weeks for a simple refund that was requested. This business basically has stolen our money and expects for us to wait 3 years for a motor that had a build time of 3-8 weeks. In the messages I was informed the motor was done, clearly from this response it has not even been completed, I can provide all message information, along with banks investigation.

    We understand your concerns at the refund and have since sent the first refund back as of December 11th. We do greatly apologize for the unexpected injury and wait for this. The medical emergency had set back a lot of orders and obligations that the business couldn't not meet in time.
